I'm kind of picky about YA books (nothing against them, I just tend to lean toward adult novels), but there are a few 2012 YA releases that have caught my eye. The newest one to capture my interest - and perhaps the one I'm most excited to read - is the YA steampunk/dark fairytale Innocent Darkness.

While I'm not a huge fan of the cover, it catches my eye every time I see it :) I'm just getting into the steampunk genre, so I think I'll probably read this one!
