Waiting on Wednesday: Indulgence in Death

This is my first time for a Waiting on Wednesday post (thanks to Angela – aka one of the people I babble most to about books I’m waiting on - at Touch the Night for showing me how to do this).

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine which spotlights eagerly anticipated upcoming releases!

I’ve been a huge Nora Roberts fan for over half my life, so it’s no surprise I picked up her J.D. Robb mysteries. I fell in love with Eve, Roarke, and all their friends and have eagerly awaited each engaging new case Eve picks up. Want proof I’m a fangirl? My cat’s name is Roarke.

Title: Indulgence in Death
Author: J.D. Robb
Series: In Death
Genre: Mystery
Publisher: Putnam
Release Date: 02 November 2010

Book Description (from J.D. Robb's website):

First it was a limo driver shot through the neck with a crossbow. Then it was a high-priced escort found stabbed through the heart with a bayonet.

Random hits, thrill kills, murderers with a taste for the finer things in life-and death-are making NYPSD Lieutenant Eve Dallas angry. And an angry Eve can be just as an efficient and dangerous predator as the killer.

As time runs out on another innocent victim's life, Eve's investigation will take her into the rarefied circle that her husband, Roarke, travels in-and into the perverted heart of madness...

I have read some of Nora Roberts romance, but I have never read any of her mysteries. This sounds great though!
